Our ministry was born from seeing the needs that the Hispanic church today is facing.

"En Su Mision” is focused on being able to meet that need. Firstly, we are glorifying and making God known through His word by preaching it faithfully. And secondly, we are able to help the church in the areas of biblical counseling and pastoral care, as well as effective and strategic leadership. We are focused on being able to deliver practical tools that can be of help to these congregations in these times of crisis.

WHAT WE DO

Our ministry is focused on 3 fundamental pillars

Our goal in biblical counseling is the same as that of discipleship which is to lead individuals, marriages, and families to a mature relationship in Christ. (Col 1:28-29; 2 Tim 2:1-2). The Word of God is the only authority to guide, educate, exhort and encourage, so that the counseled person can experience true change, under the power of God, the grace of Christ and the inner ministry of the Holy Spirit.

COUNSELING

Bible education is an essential part of our ministry, as we have focused on equipping the church with practical tools that will allow it to develop and grow in different areas. Since we have understood that a church that is educated, grows; and grows to educate others in the light of the truth of a God who loves and invites us to life in community, joy, love and hope.

EDUCATION

At the “En Su Mision” ministry, we offer hands-on seminars on counseling, pastoral care, and leadership for pastors and local churches throughout the United States and Latin America. Also as a ministry we hold our annual conference, (En su Misión Conference) where it is focused on the gospel and biblical teaching, to empower the local church and help it grow biblically.
