The Diploma in Women's Ministry from En Su Misión Ministry is a biblical and pastoral training program designed to strengthen women's spiritual, emotional, and ministerial growth. Through teaching grounded in the Word of God, participants will affirm their identity in Christ, receive tools for caring for their mental health from a biblical perspective, and be trained to provide support and basic counseling to other women.

Each module aims to develop women who are mature in faith, with pastoral sensitivity and a commitment to God's purpose.

Description:
This module establishes the spiritual foundation of the diploma program, guiding each woman to understand her identity in Christ and experience inner restoration. It will address the biblical basis for the value and purpose of women, allowing for the healing of emotional wounds that often hinder spiritual growth and Christian service.
Approach:
To affirm the biblical identity of women and promote inner healing in the light of God's Word.
Aim:
May every woman know who she is in Christ, strengthen her faith, and live from her spiritual identity, not from her past wounds.

2. Mental Health from a Biblical-Pastoral Perspective
Description:
This module addresses the importance of caring for the mind and emotions from a biblical perspective. It will offer spiritual principles that help cope with anxiety, fear, sadness, and negative thoughts, promoting a healthy emotional life based on God's truth.
Approach:
Understanding the importance of mental health from a biblical and pastoral perspective.
Aim:
To provide spiritual tools that allow the mind to be renewed and emotional stability to be strengthened in Christ.

The renewal of the mind (Romans 12:2)
Anxiety and trust in God (Philippians 4:6–7)
Hope in the midst of affliction (Psalm 42)

3. Biblical Counseling for Women in Current Situations
Description:
This module equips participants to provide basic biblical support to women experiencing difficult situations. Pastoral principles will be taught, including listening with wisdom, responding with God's truth, and supporting emotional and spiritual restoration.
Approach:
Develop pastoral sensitivity and biblical tools to accompany other women.
Aim:
To prepare women who can offer biblical guidance with love, prudence, and spiritual responsibility.

4. Biblical Leadership and Discipleship of Women
Description:
This module equips women with Christian character to serve and disciple others. Participants will study biblical principles of leadership focused on service, humility, and spiritual maturity, developing a clear vision of women's role in ministry.
Approach:
To train leaders who serve with a pastoral heart and a biblical foundation.
Aim:
To equip women to disciple, teach, and build others with spiritual maturity.

5. Women in the Family, the Church and the Community
Description:
This module integrates the principles learned, demonstrating the spiritual impact of women on their environment. It emphasizes the role of women as instruments of edification within the family, support in the church, and a light in the community.
Approach:
Apply spiritual growth to service in family, church, and society.
Aim:
To equip women who strengthen families and contribute to the spiritual growth of their community.
